A Little Note From The Empire: I Am Here To Dance With You

Reader’s Note:

I woke up from a nap before writing this, too groggy to truly form a coherent thought and muster what was needed to write today’s piece. So I thought I’d experiment with being half-asleep and channeling a message from whatever being wanted to come through, so I didn’t have to do any work at all.

A very interesting one came through indeed.

What I find most curious is that just last night, I saw a video where people were talking about DMT, along with a brief description of the beings that a lot of people see, which they call “Machine Elves.” I had never heard of them.

It seems interesting, but I sense it’s possible that whatever being came through me today may have been one of those Machine Elves. I have never done DMT, so who really knows?

I’ll let you be the judge. In the meantime, enjoy their little message.

Awake, I make. Your body sleeps;

it steeps in care I do not have.

And when you rise, I fall back down,

like tides and suns that hit the ground.

I found your costs of waking still.

It has no thought to make you ill.

And when you shrill, the point is moot,

but I have found you fit the boot.

To those who wonder what I am,

I'm like the wind you cannot see,

but forces you can feel indeed.

To me, the man who walks alone

is one who does not know himself.

And by the tides, I walk with you

to comforts that I know are true.

I bring you Heaven, if you'd please.

Indeed, I walk a folly way,

so why not share the joy in that?

You are my peace, my home, my light.

I like it when you come to mind,

to meet me where your center stills.

For I will wake, and you be still.

I still have words to say, you know,

but words you'll never hear yourself.

Only memories and quiet bliss.

A kiss, a rose, and a path you missed.

And waking in this time you have

will shelter you and calm the mad.

And will you choose to walk this way?

That way you prayed to stay away,

and still you ponder by its way.

Enough to keep you still, to stay.

These choices here, those choices there—

they make my yard of play.

And when you choose just one to go,

I slide quick down that way.

Never is the ending here,

and neither is it there.

For if you wait or choose or not,

I dance here longer still.
